‘Hammers Hold Spurs’

Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Lee McQueen, Patrick Tyrant and Jason McGovern as Tottenham were held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham at the London Stadium as they dropped points in the Champions League race.

Spurs had the chance to leapfrog Aston Villa before their game against Manchester City tomorrow but they couldn’t take advantage. Brennan Johnson gave Ange Postecoglou’s side an early lead as he tapped in from close range after Timo Werner’s low cross. That goal rewarded the visitors for their positive start but they were pegged back soon after.

Against the run of play, Kurt Zouma equalised from a corner and that reinvigorated the Hammers following a slow opening 15 minutes. Their threat from set pieces frightened Tottenham all evening and they piled on the pressure towards the end of the first half.

That pressure would disappear after the break though, with Spurs dominant. However, David Moyes’ men would have the best chance to score a winner through Michail Antonio. Antonio shrugged off Micky van de Ven, leaving him one-on-one with Guglielmo Vicario from six yards, but he shot straight at the goalkeeper. That chance was the only major opportunity for both teams in the second half and neither could find a winner as the game ended level.

‘Son To The Rescue’

Host Ricky Sacks is joined by TJ Ramini, Mitch Fretton and Ashmatic from Spurs Kings TV as Heung-Min Son scored a late winner to get Tottenham’s Champions League qualification hopes back on track with a 2-1 comeback win over relegation strugglers Luton.

The Spurs captain’s 86th-minute deflected strike kept Ange Postecoglou’s side three points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa – who later saw off Wolves – while the South Korean became the fifth highest goalscorer in the club’s history with his 160th goal. Luton, who drop into the bottom three, threatened a shock result at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium when Tahith Chong scored a third-minute opener.

But half-time substitute Brennan Johnson made an instant impact to provide the cross which Luton defender Issa Kabore turned into his own net in the 51st minute. Spurs looked to be heading for a damaging draw as one of the closest goal-line technology decisions in Premier League history denied Johnson in the 78th minute, with the ball just millimetres from going in after Alfie Doughty’s clearance from behind the line.

But Son’s late heroics rescued a relieved Spurs, who bounce back from their disappointing defeat at Fulham, while Luton drop to 18th with 17th-placed Nottingham Forest ahead on goal difference.

‘Save Our Seniors: Campaigning For The Reinstatement Of Senior Concessions At Tottenham Hotspur!’

Host Ricky Sacks is joined by co-host Jason McGovern along with Anthoulla Achilleos and Annelise Jespersen who are part of an independent group Save Our Seniors, who are campaigning for the reinstatement of senior concessions at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

Founding members include former Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust Board members, members of THFC Flags and members of the Return of the Shelf movement.

The fan movement group are calling for a full reversal of the decision to axe any new senior season tickets from the 2025/26 onwards along with a full reversal of the decision to reduce the discount on existing senior season tickets from 50% to 25% over the next 4 seasons.

Save Our Seniors will be asking fans attending the home game against Luton Town on Saturday 30th March to Turn Your Backs On 65, to protest against the Club’s decision to turn its back on supporters over the age of 65.

The ultimate goal is to have a policy change whereby senior season tickets are linked to the person and not the seat within Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and where every person over the age of 65 is entitled to their rightful senior discount

Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Lee McQueen, Russ Williams and Jason McGovern as Tottenham missed the chance to move into the Premier League top four as Rodrigo Muniz scored two more goals to fire Fulham to an impressive victory at Craven Cottage.

Brazilian Muniz found the net either side of Sasa Lukic’s first strike for the Cottagers to take his total to seven goals in his past seven games. The striker slotted home in the first half after controlling Antonee Robinson’s cross and then reacted quickest to bundle in the loose ball at a second-half corner in a fully deserved win for the home side.

Spurs, who would have gone above fourth-placed Aston Villa with victory, were surprisingly lacklustre from the outset. They would have gone behind early on if not for blocks by Radu Dragusin and Cristian Romero to deny Andreas Pereira, while Guglielmo Vicario also saved well from Lukic.

James Maddison shot narrowly wide in the first half and Timo Werner failed to convert with the goal gaping in the second as Ange Postecoglou’s side failed to back up impressive wins over Crystal Palace and Villa in the previous two games.

Host Ricky Sacks is joined by returning regular panellists Lee McQueen, Patrick Tyrant and Talia Coren as Tottenham boosted their hopes of a top-four Premier League finish with an emphatic victory over 10-man Aston Villa at Villa Park.

In an encounter billed as pivotal in the race for a spot in next season’s Champions League, early second-half goals from James Maddison and Brennan Johnson set Spurs on their way.

And a seemingly leg-weary Villa side, who played at Ajax on Thursday evening, rarely looked capable of clawing their way back into the contest once captain John McGinn was dismissed for a reckless tackle on visiting left-back Destiny Udogie in the 65th minute.

With Spurs in complete control in the closing stages, stoppage-time goals from Son Heung-min and Timo Werner only served to rub salt into Villa’s wounds. The hosts remain fourth in the table but are now only two points above Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs, who have a game in hand.
